In my opinion Monaco is Amazing in the Autumn, Norway at Christmas and Venice is a city i enjoyed some of the best years of my life. I also lived in Iceland for a long spell, although it's not got the great climate of Miami beach (my current home) the standard of living was better than anything ive encountered in America.
